Allow me to introduce myself and our two consulting organizations. After dedicating 30 years of my life to the USAF and reaching the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, I retired in 2013. It was at that moment that TEDGAR Consulting LLC began its journey. In February 2021, we expanded our reach across the pond, establishing MAELDAF Consulting LTD in the UK. TEDGAR and MAELDAF are organizations deeply rooted in supporting the defense industry, specializing in survival and rescue-related equipment and programs.
Our clients, the workhorses of the defense industry, tirelessly develop military-related survival and rescue products that save lives. We take immense pride in being part of this unique and highly specialized community.
TEDGAR and MAELDAF bring together a global team of six dedicated consultants boasting over 225 years of experience in Aircrew Life Support and Aircrew Flight Equipment. Our passion lies in helping organizations like yours become more robust and efficient. Our approach is simple: we learn the process, listen to your team or individuals, and, most importantly, clarify the “Why.” You could say we help connect “Why’s.”
