President of TEDGAR Consulting LLC and MAELDAF Consulting LTD
Ted is the President of TEDGAR Consulting LLC and MAELDAF Consulting LTD, with a 30- year career in the USAF. Under POECOM, he bridges the industry and military communities, enhancing the understanding of military rescue and survival equipment. Ted has held leadership roles in the SAFE Association and is considered a thought leader in the Aircrew Safety and Survival Equipment industry. He retired in 2013 at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant.
Mr. Christopher S. Moore
Vice President of TEDGAR Consulting LLC and MAELDAF Consulting LTD
Chris, the Project Director at TEDGAR, retired as a Chief Master Sergeant after 30 years in the USAF. He joined TEDGAR in 2019, bringing insights from his involvement in aircrew flight equipment protocols and quality assurance. Chris oversees daily operations, client management, and business expansion, ensuring excellence in civilian and military safety.

Martin, a Senior Consultant based in Tampa, has over 35 years of experience in aircrew flight equipment. Retired as a Chief Master Sergeant, he has worked at various commands, shaping policies and training programs. Martin is known for his contributions to the Aircrew Protection Executive Committee and his innovative approach to aviators’ kits.

Randy, retired from the USAF after 24 years a Master Sergeant with a vast breadth of experience working across five different Major Commands. As a seasoned instructor, parachutist, and FAA Master Parachute Rigger with leadership experience at multiple levels from US Air Force Parachute Team Instructor to Pacific Air Forces Command Manager, he brings an understanding and dedication of Aircrew Flight Equipment that few others could match.
