AMC is happy to announce this year’s Fall Industry Panels will be held 30-31 Oct 2024 at the Gaylord in Grapevine, TX. Another email will be sent in the coming weeks that will include details and deliverables required to be considered for presentation. This year’s panels will be solely focused on solutions that solve gaps associated with Spring Industry Preview 2024 (Agility at the GAMMS/AMT/CR force-level). Like last year, industry partners will be assigned to specific panels that correlate with gaps/solutions along with dedicated time slots. Registration will be open 2 July 24 – 20 September 24. One big change from the past, all registration will be managed by AMC A5/8 (like how you registered for SIP). You WILL NOT be registering via the A/TA website. There will be no cost to attend this year’s FIP. Additionally, Informational forums will be offered throughout the event and are FREE to attend.

Rooms for those attending both the ATA symposium and FIP: ATA has contracted rooms through Gaylord Texan. These are available to book through our ATA site when you register for the symposium. However, we have limited availability for Tuesday and Wednesday, so you may not be able to add them. If you cannot add those nights through our site, once you have booked your room for the symposium, you can contact Gaylord directly to extend your stay and they will link the two reservations, so you do not have to move rooms.
